The Religions and Worldviews Education Collaboration
A Community-Led Collaboration
Religion and Worldviews is a community-led response developed by a the collaborative efforts of faith communities, community groups and education professionals.
Religions and Worldviews has been developed by the Multifaith Education Collaboration (MFEC)*— auspiced by the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV)—in partnership with independent research partner, the University of Melbourne Faculty of Education. This is enabled by primary pilot funding provided by the Templeton World Charity Foundation, Inc.
In developing Religions and Worldviews, MFEC has also undertaken extensive consultation with curriculum authorities and government departments, multicultural, parent and other community groups. Education professionals have also provided expert advice and guidance in the development of Religions and Worldviews.
